After I received my first digital camera at the age of 16, I would find it hard to put it down and from there onwards my love for photography further developed. I opened my Red Deer Photography Studio in 2017 after being a hobbyist for plenty of years and working in and as a manager in many big chain photography studios. This experience blended with passion has led me to open my dream studio specializing in Maternity, Newborn, and Children Photography. We also take up projects that have to do with local business, family portraits, and wedding photography.Read More

I recently went to Something Borrowed Vintage Decor, located in Red Deer, Alberta. She's getting ready to open her Licensed Kitchen, and I could not be more excited for her! They offer a variety of products and services, including Cake Decorating, Party Planning and is being awesome a service? If so, she offers that too!
Something Borrowed Vintage Decor was opened 3 years ago by Tannis Braconnier-Lasiuta and since then has provided clients with excellent service and positive experiences. I am always delighted to photograph just a small portion of what Tannis offers. I am also thrilled to share a little bit about the business with you guys, as well.
The company's main mission is to make clients "Pinterest" wedding dreams come true. This is a family run business, and it takes them all working together to make this magic happen.
"We offer everything from dessert to decor. It's one stop shopping for any special event. We sit with you to plan, make the desserts and treats in our licensed kitchen and then we deliver and set up the party you envisioned. We make custom decor as well of we don't have something to suit as well as work with other local professionals. Our parties have been featured more than once in "Mingle Magazine" and It was a dream come true for me- and to validate that I was on the right path doing what I love." - Tannis, Something Borrowed Vintage Rentals.
I know I'll be recommending Something Borrowed Vintage Decor’s services and products in the future, and I suggest you hurry in, too!

The 2017 Wedding Season has officially come to a close for this Red Deer Photographer. This year I got to photograph some absolutely amazingly stunning brides, grooms and bridal parties..
Paige Koster Photography only takes on anywhere from 3-5 Weddings a year (depending on the size of the Wedding) to ensure a speedy turn around time, even during busy seasons like Fall!
My first wedding of the year was photographing the beautiful Landon & Elora. These two have been apart of my life for sometime now, and it was an absolute honour photographing their beautiful Summer Wedding. Although it rained for the majority of the wedding (That's super good luck right?), they made the best of it and had a wonderful Wedding. You can view some of their photos below...
My second wedding of the year happened to also be to one of my good friends, Darcia and her now Husband, Ben. They married in a beautiful Red Deer park, on a beautiful sunny day with some clouds. In a quick and fabulous ceremony, these two said "I Do". I'll let their pictures do the talking...
My third Wedding and my last Wedding of the Summer was in late August, held in Lacombe, Alberta. This beautiful bride, and her husband to be, were married on a beautiful hill just outside the brides parents home. Their backyard backed onto a trail area in Lacombe, and the city allowed use of it for the Wedding. It was stunning, unique and over looked a small lake. After the ceremony, we ventured off into the tree's to take some bridal party formals, and then headed back to the cocktail hour before these too headed off into the sunset for their delicious reception meal in Red Deer...
My first Wedding of the Fall - well September- was one of the most entertaining Weddings I have ever been apart of. See two blog posts ago to really dig in a little deeper about Spencer and Dessiray's Wedding. She was by far the most laid back Bride to be, even with her two little ones running around... Okay, well only one can run around.. Seriously this bride just had a baby and she looked FABULOUS!
My last Wedding of the year was in beautiful Canmore, Alberta. Although it snowed, and rained, and don't forget it was a tad windy - we had a wonderful time. The bride, and groom were perfect together and the bridal party was wonderful to get to know as well. We had a small change of plans, and the ceremony was held indoors at a beautiful hall in Canmore. Once it was official, we made our way through the wet snow to the famous CPR bridge in Canmore. We made it quick and headed back for some indoor images. Check out their images below.
Know someone looking for a Wedding Photographer?
I've got another stunning wedding for you guys today! The adorable couple consists of Spencer and Dessiray, two people that anyone would love to know.
Their wedding day was truly noteworthy. From Spencers Brother-In-Law being the surprise officiate of the ceremony, to a certain someone walking around with a Pig Head...
The bride's dress was seriously gorgeous, too. And I'm not just saying that! Take a look at this beautiful dress.
We had a lot of fun taking wedding pictures, as well. They decided to not see each other until Dessiray was walking down the aisle.
The wedding was at The Bentagain, the reception too and was catered by non other then handy Mom & Dad.
Okay, let's get to the pictures! Spencer & Dessiray were such a delight to work with and I wish them many wonderful years to come.
